LABORER/FOREMAN
A specialized worker who is able to supervise and ensure daily productivity among personnel on the job site and operations. Specifically, the ability to engineer concrete sawing, and removal through specialty equipment. Work closely with the management team and customer management to determine specific tasks, equipment, and protocols per job requirements. Must possess leadership skills, be strongly self-motivated, have the ability to work under pressure, and have knowledge regarding building and mechanical operations. Capable of traveling long distances to job sites and potentially staying overnight in locations. Occasionally, have the ability to work nights and/or weekends if needed along with having a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screening per job site requirements.
HELPER
A beginning position for an individual who is obtaining hands-on job learning/training alongside a laborer/foreman. They act as an assistant to the laborer by preparing and cleaning construction sites per job requirements. Specifically hanging plastic, vacuuming, protecting job areas per requirements, removing debris, and loading/unloading equipment and materials. Helpers will also be expected to set and take down work site equipment and materials as a beginning step of learning operations. By working alongside a laborer/foreman a helper will be expected to eventually operate equipment to assist the laborer/foreman in the completion of job tasks. Some tasks that a helper must perform include the removal of concrete and the operation of specialized equipment. Must have the ability to work under pressure, skills to work alongside others, and be strongly self-motivated. Capable of traveling long distances to job sites and potentially staying overnight in locations. Occasionally have the ability to work nights and/or weekends if needed. Along with having a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a drug screening per job site requirements, and a dependable vehicle.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT MECHANIC
An individual with the ability to diagnose and perform general maintenance on vehicles and equipment. Specifically, the ability to weld or torch, paint, tire mounts and dismounts, oil changes, and 12-volt wiring. The personnel is required to prepare equipment for laborers/foremen regarding upcoming jobs. In doing so, they are in charge of inventory and equipment sign-in/sign-outs per daily activities. If any additional inventory is needed, it is expected that this person will get approved orders through the management team.
SPECIALTY MECHANIC
An individual with the ability to diagnose and perform specialized equipment repairs on sawing products (Hilti, Husqvarna, CoreCut, Diamond Products). Specifically, sawing equipment repairs, engine repair, generator repair, diagnostic for engines, parts ordering, and repairing core bits.
SCANNER
An individual who is self-motivated and capable of working individually. Must obtain a general knowledge of concrete construction (rebar, mesh, post-tension cables, water lines, sewer, etc) and computer-based equipment. Must be detail-oriented due to the job description requirements. An individual with great communication skills who will interact with customers either in person or through phone calls. This individual will act as the liaison between customers and employees to determine job site requirements. Capable of traveling long distances to job sites and potentially staying overnight in locations. Along with the ability to work during all shifts of the day. Occasionally have the ability to work nights and/or weekends if needed.
SALES PERSON*
An individual with great communication skills who will interact with customers either in person or through phone calls. It is preferred that this individual has saw cutting experience due to the task of estimating and quoting jobs. In order to quote a job it is frequently required an individual knows how to interpret blueprints and other descriptive images. This individual will act as the liaison between customers and employees to determine job site requirements and deadlines. Must have the ability to work under pressure and have skills to work alongside others. Capable of traveling long distances to job sites and potentially staying overnight in locations. Occasionally have the ability to work nights and/or weekends if needed.
PROJECT MANAGER/DISPATCHER*
An organized and accountable individual who is capable of multitasking inside a workspace. Involving job scheduling by taking incoming calls from customers, and communicating with laborers/foremen and helpers in the daily tasks and equipment requirements. This individual will act as the liaison between customers and employees to determine job site requirements and deadlines. Must obtain leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, along with communication skills. It is preferred that this individual has concrete cutting experience.
